Returns & Refunds policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of complaint received by our office. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and any additional charges towards transfer etc will be born by you.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The services were purchased in the last 7 days
- The services are not used by you on any social media platforms or email marketing.
- The cancellation cannot be an arbitrary or sudden decision of the client, it needs to be pre-informed to us to action cancellation.
The following services cannot be returned:
- The supply of services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of services which are temporary or have a declaration date of publishing
We reserve the right to refuse returns/cancellation of any service/s delivered to you as per the discussions / mails or terms and conditions as specified in the work order.
Cancellation of Services
You are responsible for the cancellation and it’s impact on your business. We are liable to produce the service or return the money maximum upto the amount received from the customer. Any fixed expenses incurred towards production will be deducted from the reimbursement amount
